1 – Scope of Application
(1) These business relations between KREANDA Sagl, operating on the market under the trademark Cassandra (hereinafter "we" or "the Brand"), and the buyer (hereinafter "you" or "the Customer") are exclusively governed by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version in force at the time of the order. Any differing conditions or conditions unilaterally placed by the Customer are expressly excluded. (2) KREANDA Sagl reserves the right to supplement, amend, or update these GTC at any time.
2 – Offer and Conclusion of Contract
(1) By selecting the products and completing the purchase procedure via the final confirmation button, the Customer places a binding order. The contract is considered concluded when KREANDA Sagl accepts the order and proceeds with the shipment of the goods. (2) The volume of each individual standard order may not exceed 5 items. We reserve the right to refuse or unilaterally cancel orders exceeding this quantity, informing the Customer separately. (3) The purchase of products is intended exclusively for personal use. Commercial resale of the purchased goods is not authorized. KREANDA Sagl reserves the right to take legal action to protect its trademark. (4) In order to preserve the rarity and exclusivity of our Limited Editions and Special Editions, the orderable quantity is strictly limited to a single item per user. We reserve the right to cancel non-compliant multiple orders.
3 – Color Accuracy of Creations
(1) We dedicate the utmost care to the photographic and color accuracy of our products. Minor variations in shades or tones compared to the actual piece may occur depending on the calibration and settings of the Customer's monitor and do not constitute a defect in the goods. 4 – Currency and Methods of Payment
(1) Prices on our digital atelier are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euros (€). (2) Orders destined for Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein are invoiced in CHF. Orders with delivery to the EU area are invoiced in Euros. Any value-added taxes are offset and clearly displayed in the shopping cart during the checkout phase. (3) Accepted payment methods include elite networks Visa and Mastercard. For Swiss territory, payment via TWINT is also integrated. (4) For shipments destined for countries not included in the areas mentioned above, any import customs duties and local taxes will be entirely borne by the Customer.
5 – Shipment and Logistics Excellence

Shipping costs are transparently calculated and indicated at checkout before the finalization of the order.
6 – Return, Replacement, and Repair Policy
(1) Should the product prove defective or non-compliant with the order, KREANDA Sagl will arrange for the collection of the creation and a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs and any documented customs duties. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for products showing signs of use related to:

Normal wear and tear or daily use;

Improper use or extreme stress;

Tampering carried out by the Customer or unauthorized third parties.
(2) Repair Service (Warranty): Within the first 6 months following purchase, KREANDA Sagl offers a free repair service provided that the damage occurred unintentionally and is not attributable to negligence, natural wear, or tampering. The Customer must present proof of purchase and send the product to our creative studio. Return shipping expenses post-repair will be borne by the Brand. Should the repair prove technically impossible, the product will be shipped back to the Customer; this condition does not entitle the Customer to an automatic replacement of the bag. (3) KREANDA Sagl is not responsible for the loss of the product during return transit to our premises. The use of trackable shipping services (Track & Trace) is highly recommended.
7 – Retention of Title
Until full and verified payment of the purchase price and related accessory costs, the delivered goods remain the exclusive legal property of KREANDA Sagl.
8 – Liability and Legal Warranties
(1) In the event of defects in the goods, the Customer is protected by statutory warranty rights. The warranty period for direct or indirect damages is established as 6 months starting from the date of delivery of the goods. (2) Supplementary claims for damages are excluded, except for mandatory legal liabilities relating to intent, gross negligence, or damage to health and life directly attributable to a breach of contractual obligations by KREANDA Sagl.
9 – Transaction and Data Security
(1) Every interaction on our digital atelier is protected by advanced SSL encryption technology. Every financial transaction is verified in real-time by the issuing institutions. KREANDA Sagl strictly undertakes not to sell, assign, or share its Customers' data with third parties, with the exception of logistics partners necessary for the fulfillment of the shipment.
10 – Protection of Rights and Industrial Property
(1) Registered trademarks (Cassandra and SH Style), proprietary designs, collection silhouettes, patents, and all visual or textual content of the website are protected by industrial property laws. Any reproduction, modification, counterfeiting, or imitation of any nature is strictly prohibited.
11 – Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
(1) All contractual relations between KREANDA Sagl and the Customer are exclusively governed and regulated by Swiss Law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. (2) For any legal dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions, the exclusive venue of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland. For international consumers, mandatory protections and provisions provided by the State of habitual residence remain unaffected.
