Our philosophy of care and flexibility

We wish for every Cassandra creation to perfectly meet your expectations of elegance and harmony. However, should you wish to make a return, our policy allows you to request a refund for the merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for return acceptance In order to preserve the integrity and rarity of our artisanal accessories, the returned product must strictly respect the following standards:

  • It must be in the exact same condition as delivered — rigorously unworn, unused, and completely free of any signs of daily wear.

  • It must be complete, with all original protective tags still attached.

  • It must be shipped back inside its original packaging.

Return procedure To initiate a return request, we kindly invite you to contact our Concierge service directly at info@cassandra.swiss. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions for the shipment. Items sent back to us without prior communication cannot be accepted.
